First Blog for Creating Wellness!!!!

Hi everyone! This is my first post for this amazing class! I'm so excited to explore every aspect of health and wellness in this class and I REALLY look forward to getting to discuss it with all of you! Input and conversation is ABSOLUTELY welcome!

    1. I abosolutely agree! The only blog that I've ever done was for my morning radio show. It was fun, but work. I'm so much more excited to do it this time around! lol

    Blogging is awesome and you will enjoy it! I started blogging about 5 years ago while going through my divorce and found the words of my friends to be very encouraging. I found blogging a great way to express myself in both happy and sad times. Good luck with your blogs and look forward to reading them!

      I agree. I responded to someone before that the only blog that I've done was for work, and, while it was fun and interesting, it was work and I could only really put up what was needed for the radio show. This subject matter is SO much more my speed and interest! I'm really excited about it! I agree with you that you can get out feelings through blogs. There is an security blanket that can be involved in it. My friend started blogging when she started having children. She said the benefits that came from it were priceless!
